The face is gorgeous and the spacing of her figure is good, but her chest is a bit oddly shaped- the shape of the top half of her boobs are just that bit to straight- the right hip looks a bit to far out in that position. but the overall position you've drawn her in is very good, some people struggle with it so you've done a great job
The colors seem to dark together (the shirt) but i like how you added the red tie around her neck. the bright color stands out.
I thinks it's great how you've done it more close up only showing a little bit of her legs, it makes the art more striking - in a good way-
I also see a couple of incomplete lines, like on the left forearm (near where the fabric starts) and some various ones in the hair.
And the lines on the bottom of the breasts and the right thigh's lines are a bit thin and wonky whilst the rest of the line art is mainly thick and smooth.
Another thing I noticed was that the shading has much inconsistency. If some bits of it were blended in a bit more I would certainly call it soft shading however, there is equal amount of cell shading as there is soft shading and it conflicts with the flow of the drawing.
Anatomy wise, you did pretty darn well except that the boobs are a little flat on the bottom and in some spots out of proportion. And when you add up the lengths of both arms the arm on the left side of the art is much longer than the other arm.
It is very good, however there is always room for improvement ^^
